- Shipping is handled via Bob Go and their integrated courier partners.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
- In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers have a 7-day “cooling-off” period for goods purchased online, provided the goods are returned in their original, unopened packaging.
