- All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Transit)
We partner with Bob Go to provide real-time, dynamic shipping rates at checkout.
- How it is calculated: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of your items, and your delivery address.
- Our Courier Partners: Deliveries are handled securely via Bob Go’s network of trusted local couriers, including The Courier Guy, RAM, Fastway, and others.
- Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days once dispatched, depending on your location (major hubs like Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban are typically faster than outlying areas).
3. Free Local Collection (Westville, Durban)
- We offer free local collection by appointment.
- Collection Address: 7 Tagore Place, Westville, Durban, 3630.
